Shipping Destinations - We ship to all 50 states within the USA and to all provinces in Canada. All other International customers, please contact us directly for pricing and shipping.

Shipping via UPS - We ship all orders via UPS. We provide "Ground", "3 Day Air", "2 Day Air, and "Next Day Air" service for USA destinations. For Canadian destinations, we provide "Standard" and "Worldwide Expedited" service. During the checkout process you will be provided with options and costs for your delivery. Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific Time (weekends and holidays excluded) will ship within 24 hours, otherwise orders may ship within 2 working days. Please note all orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability before shipping. We do not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Box). A physical address must be provided when placing your order. Depending upon your location, UPS Ground orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please note we do not offer signature confirmation of shipped items. UPS will leave package at specified address if you are not available. We are therefore not responsible for theft of your order once it's delivered to your specified address.

Shipping via APO/FPO/PO Box - Sorry, we do not ship to any APO/FPO/PO Box address.

Shipping and handling fee - Shipping and handling fees apply on all orders. Our charges are based on the weight and destination of the package and include handling charges for order processing and packaging. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Loss or damage of your order during shipment - We are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from shipping. Please contact and file your claim promptly with shipping carrier.

After placing your order, click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
