How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an email from us with tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. To ensure our email is not routed to your spam folder, please adjust your email settings appropriately. Simply add "" as a safe sender in your email settings. Alternatively, you may login to your account to track the status of your order.

When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after we receive payment from you.

Do you ship to my country?

Shipping Destinations - We ship to all 50 states within the USA and to all provinces in Canada. All other international customers please contact us directly for pricing, shipping, duties and taxes, and payment terms.

Shipping via USPS and UPS - We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail service for USA destinations. For Canada, we provide UPS "Standard" and "Worldwide Expedited" service. During the checkout process you will be provided with options and shipping costs. Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific Time (weekends and holidays excluded) will ship within 24 hours, otherwise orders may ship within 2 working days. Please note all orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability before shipping. A valid and complete physical address must be provided when placing your order. Signature confirmation is not available for shipped items. USPS and UPS will leave package at specified address if you are not available. We are therefore not responsible for theft of your order once it's delivered to your specified address.

Shipping via APO/FPO/PO Box - Sorry, we do not ship to any APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

How are my shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges apply to all orders and are based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your address and speed of delivery.

Import duties included in shipping charges for Canada?

No, import duties, value added tax and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping charges. These charges will be determined by Canadian customs when your items arrive for processing. These charges are paid by UPS on your behalf to facilitate customs clearance in Canada. You will have to pay these charges directly to UPS either in advance or at time of delivery. UPS will not release items to you until all import charges are paid in full. Failure to make payments to UPS in a timely manner will result in UPS returning the items back to Alpec. For unpaid and returned items, Alpec will charge you duties, value added tax, customs clearance fees, inbound and outbound shipping charges as well as order processing and cancellation charges. Please note, once items are cleared by Canadian customs and payment is made, there is no option available to obtain a refund from Canadian customs.

What happens if my items are lost or damaged during shipping?

Alpec is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items during transit by USPS or UPS. Please contact and file your claim promptly with USPS or UPS.
