Do I have to pay sales tax?
 

We charge sales tax on all orders placed by customers with a Nevada billing address, or if the item(s) are shipped to an address located in Nevada. Sorry, no exceptions.

Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

What are my payment choices?
 
1. USA and Canada Customers

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only for all USA and Canada orders placed through this site. The billing address of your credit card must originate in the USA and Canada. During the checkout process you may choose any one of our payment options when you place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until payment is received from your bank.

2. Other International Customers

Sorry, orders cannot be placed online at this time. Please contact Sales for pricing and delivery charges. Orders will only be shipped when payment is received in full by wire transfer. We will provide you wire transfer instructions when your order is placed directly through our Sales representative.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice

When will my refund appear on my credit card?
 

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned item(s) and completion of assessment. Credits on your credit card account may take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days depending on your financial institution.

When will my credit card be charged?
 

Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped.
