Shipping Info
Shipping Destinations - We ship to all 50 states within the USA and to all provinces in Canada.
Shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS - Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific Time (weekends and holidays excluded) will ship within 24 hours, otherwise orders may ship within 2 working days. Please note all orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability before shipping. A valid and complete physical address must be provided when placing your order. Signature confirmation is not available for shipped items. FedEx, USPS and UPS will leave package at specified address if you are not available. We are therefore not responsible for theft of your order once it's delivered to your specified address.
Shipping via APO/FPO/PO Box - Sorry, we do not ship to any APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses
Warranty & Guarantees
Alpec warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship upon receipt by purchaser. This warranty (excluding batteries) is solely limited to the repair or replacement of original parts which in the opinion of Alpec are defective in workmanship or material. Alpec’s liability shall be limited solely to the cost of the affected part(s). All other costs shall be the responsibility of the owner. This warranty does not cover:
(1) defects, damage or deterioration due to normal use, wear and tear,
(2) damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, accident, or
(3) damage or defect due to repair by other than Alpec or it’s authorized service center.
This warranty is in lieu of all other or limited warranties of Alpec including any or implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Alpec does not assume on its behalf any other obligation or liability. This warranty is NOT transferable. To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact customer service and ask for your “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number. Please note product(s) returned to Alpec without RMA # will not be accepted.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
New & Unopened Items - You may return new, unopened item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt of order for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Item(s) returned must be in their original product packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs when you return the product to us. Please review our RMA procedure below.
New & Opened Items - You may return new, opened item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt of order for a full refund less shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) returned must be in their original product packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs when you return the product to us. Please review our RMA procedure below.
Incorrect Items - You may return the incorrect item(s) within 5 calendar days of receipt of order for a full refund or exchange for correct item(s). We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s) to us. If you prefer an exchange for the item(s) ordered then we will also pay the outbound shipping cost. Item(s) returned must be in their original product packaging. Please review our RMA procedure below.
Defective Items Less Than 30 Days - You may return defective item(s) within 30 days of receipt of order for an exchange of same new item(s). We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s) to us. Item(s) returned must be in their original product packaging. If you prefer an exchange then we will also pay the outbound shipping costs. If you prefer a refund then we will refund the full amount of your order including shipping and handling charges. Please review our RMA procedure below.
Defective Items More Than 30 Days and Within Warranty Period - You may return defective item(s) that is more than 30 days old after receipt of order and within the warranty period for EXCHANGE ONLY. You will pay the return shipping costs. We will ship at our cost new item(s) of the same type. There will be no refunds. For discontinued item(s) we will ship equivalent new item(s) at our cost. Please review our RMA procedure below.
Loss or damage of your order during shipment - All orders placed are FOB Reno, NV. Alpec is not responsible for loss or damage to order due to shipping carrier's negligence during transit. Please contact and file your claim directly with shipping carrier promptly.
Refund & Exchanges - Refund or exchange processing will take approximately 2 to 3 business days after receipt of product. We will notify you via e-mail on your refund or exchange status once we have received and processed your returned item(s).
Exceptions - Item(s) are not returnable under the following conditions - item(s) are in working condition and more than 30 days old from date of receipt of order; item(s) missing FDA label with serial number; item(s) missing UPC bar code; item(s) missing original packaging material; item(s) have been tempered with, abused or damaged; item(s) used in a manner not recommended or designed for; or item(s) are outside the warranty period. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure - Item(s) cannot be returned without a valid RMA Number. Please call customer service at 800-854-6686. For shipping and handling charges the above requirements will apply depending on your reason for return.
All returns must include a copy of your receipt or invoice; current contact information (name, mailing address, phone number and email address); and reason for return to enable rapid and accurate processing of your return.
Please Note - Alpec is not responsible if your returned item(s) are lost during shipping. We strongly recommend that you return item(s) to us using a shipping method that will allow you to track and verify that your returned item(s) were received by Alpec.
