Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
Item(s) cannot be returned without a valid RMA Number. Please call customer service at 800-854-6686. For shipping and handling charges the above requirements will apply depending on your reason for return.
All returns must include a copy of your receipt or invoice; current contact information (name, mailing address, phone number and email address); and reason for return to enable rapid and accurate processing of your return.
Please Note - Alpec is not responsible if your returned item(s) are lost during shipping. We strongly recommend that you return item(s) to us using a shipping method that will allow you to track and verify that your returned item(s) were received by Alpec.
