How do I change or cancel an order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site, then go to Orders to view the orders you have placed. Then click the Change Quantities / Cancel Orders link to cancel or change your order. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Contact Support at sales@alpec.com or 800-854-6686 for assistance.
