Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned item(s) and completion of assessment. Credits on your credit card account may take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days to appear.
Exceptions – Item(s) are not returnable under the following conditions: item(s) are in working condition and more than 30 days old from date of receipt of order; item(s) missing FDA label with serial number; item(s) missing UPC barcode; item(s) missing original packaging material; item(s) have been tampered with, abused or damaged; item(s) used in a manner not recommended or designed for; or item(s) are outside the warranty period. What to Include with Your Return
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – Item(s) cannot be returned without a valid RMA Number. Please call customer service at 800-854-6686 to receive your RMA.
All returns must include a copy of your receipt or invoice; current contact information (name, mailing address, phone number and email address); and reason for return to enable rapid and accurate processing of your return.
Please note: Alpec is not responsible if your returned item(s) are lost during shipping. We strongly recommend that you return item(s) to us using a shipping method that will allow you to track and verify that your returned item(s) were received by Alpec.
